The staff were friendly, but some interactions felt a bit off like they weren’t genuinely interested in addressing concerns. Could use more attention to guest comfort during busy events. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs to work on a few areas.

I recently stayed here for 6 nights and loved the super comfortable beds and the spacious Queen Room with a Bath Tub. The gym had nice equipment, though it got crowded in the morning. I did wish the pool area had more seating, but overall, I’d definitely come back again!
